What makes our resources unique?

All of our resources are designed by teachers and with over 10 years of experience. We know how to create learning materials that help teachers spark excitement in the classroom and make maths mastery a possibility for all children. Here’s what makes our resources so unique.

Fully Editable Resources

We know every class has different needs, and resources aren’t always “one-size-fits-all”, so all of our maths worksheets and slides are fully editable. You can make changes to our resources to make them more suitable for your class — no more disregarding resources because they’re not quite right!

Differentiated Worksheets

Our differentiated worksheets allow children to explore different avenues and depths of learning, making them suitable for various types of learners and children of all abilities. This can help you adopt a whole-class mastery approach. If children are performing above age-related expectations, we deepen their learning with fluency tasks.

Reasoning tasks

Reasoning is the key to long-term learning. When children can make logical sense of mathematical ideas, they can use that reasoning for future learning and real-world problem-solving. You’ll find a range of reasoning tasks amongst our resources, designed to help children gain a deeper understanding of learning objectives.

What People Are Saying?

Over 30,000 teachers have joined the Master the Curriculum community to find reliable and powerful differentiated primary teaching resources. Here’s what they have to say about our learning materials.

I am an NQT and I found this website a term in. The resources that I am able to obtain on my year 2 membership are invaluable. I have been able to evidence TAFS easily in a fun way as the children love the look of the worksheets. I have been able to lift slides straight into my teaching and used these when I was observed by the maths hub for our school who absolutely loved the child friendliness of all the resources. Thanks to you, I find maths planning one less thing to worry about.

I use the reasoning tasks, they are fab, but also the visual images of numbers – so strong and powerful.

I came across this on Facebook and purchased the year 5 resources for my own use. I am also part of a numeracy steering group which is looking to promote the use of maths mastery in schools in Aberdeenshire and have recommended your resources during training sessions.

About Master the Curriculum

We are a team of teachers with two core beliefs:

1) Maths lessons (and education in general) should be engaging and enjoyable

2) Every child can master maths with the right support and learning materials

We created Master the Curriculum after growing tired of ransacking the internet for fun, powerful and reliable resources. We realised there was a need for accessible and effective primary teaching resources, so we decided to create an ever-growing collection of differentiated learning materials ourselves.
