This Year 4 maths activity for NSPCC Number Day helps children practise addition, subtraction, multiplication and division through an engaging “number robot” challenge. Children investigate how Tia’s robot transforms numbers and work out the hidden rule, developing arithmetic fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills. The resource also includes a create-your-own number robot task, where children design challenges for a friend, encouraging creativity and mathematical communication. Perfect for Year 4 classrooms, this activity makes NSPCC Number Day fun while reinforcing essential maths skills.
This pack is print and go. Our catalogue does not list an editable copy of it, so none is offered here rather than promising a file nobody has opened. Page counts are not printed either, because we do not publish them and a guessed number is worse than none.
