School sign up
One membership for the whole staff room
Every teacher gets their own login and their own downloads, across every year group, so planning is consistent from Nursery to Year 6. Priced by form entry and quoted in writing, so your finance office gets a number it can raise a purchase order against.
What a school gets that a solo account cannot
- A login for every teacherNot one account passed around.
- Priced by the size of your schoolA one-form school never subsidises a four-form one.
- Invoice against a purchase orderOr card, if that is simpler.
Two memberships
You are looking at the whole-school membership
A solo login belongs to one named teacher. The moment a second person in the building needs to download, it is a school membership, and that is a different page with a different price.
Your whole staff. A login each for every teacher in the building, one renewal date, and one invoice against your purchase order.
You are hereOne teacher. One named login, for the class you teach yourself. Pay monthly or yearly by card, cancel whenever you like.

One log in for both. Whether you pay for your own membership or your school bought yours, the same log in opens the right account, so there is nothing to remember.
The ladder
Priced by form entry, and nothing else
Tell us your form entry and we will send a written quote, usually the same working day. Quotes are given without VAT. There is no per-download charge and no charge for adding a teacher who joins mid-year.

What every school membership includes
- An individual login for every teacher
- Nobody shares a password, and a cover teacher can be given access without handing over somebody else’s account.
- Every year group, Early Years to Year 6
- The same library for the whole staff, so planning is consistent from Nursery upwards.
- White Rose sheets you can edit in Word and PowerPoint
- So a year team can adapt a sheet rather than rewrite it. Most worksheets come differentiated three ways as well.
- One renewal date and one invoice
- Pay against a purchase order or by card, whichever your finance office prefers.
From asking to logins, in four steps
- 1Tell us your form entrySix questions on the quote form, or an email if you would rather.
- 2We write your quoteBy the next working day, with the figure for your school and how long it stands for.
- 3You raise a purchase orderAccess opens on the purchase order, not on the payment. The invoice is due in 30 days.
- 4Your staff get their loginsEveryone downloads under their own account, from the first day of term if you need it.
Good to know
- Invoicing one teacher, not a school
- A single teacher account invoiced to the school carries a £15 admin fee. A school membership is invoiced without one.
- Payment methods
- BACS or card for invoice payments.
- Teachers joining mid-year
- Tell us and we add the login. There is no charge for it.
Buying it for yourself?
If it is only you downloading, you want a solo membership. It is one login in your own name, paid by card, and you can cancel it whenever you like.
