Something spooky is hiding in the grid! In these five Halloween mystery pictures for Year 6, every square has a multiplication or division fact from the times tables to 12 × 12. Children work out each answer and colour the square using the key to reveal a witch's hat, a skull, a bubbling cauldron, a spider and a bat flying across the moon. Two pictures use multiplication facts, two use division facts and one mixes both, giving quick, calm fluency practice. A wrong colour stands out in the picture, so children can check their own work. What's included: 5 mystery pictures: Witch hat, skull, cauldron, spider and bat with moon A teacher information page for each picture Coloured answer pages showing each finished picture Editable PowerPoint and ready-to-print PDF Skills covered: Times tables to 12 × 12 Division facts Fluency and quick recall Following a colour key Ideal for a Halloween maths lesson, early finishers, a calm afternoon activity, a fluency starter or the last week before half term.
This pack is listed as editable, so the editable copy comes with it. We do not print page counts here, because our catalogue does not publish them and a guessed number is worse than none.
