About this resource

Use this sheet alongside the children using real double sided counters and a cup. Give the children 5 counters to put in a cup and tip out. Explore how many are red and how many are yellow, looking at the way 5 has been made. Once they have explored different ways, work with children to see if they understand how many red counters and yellow counters make 5.

What you get, one file

  • PDFActivity

This pack is print and go. Our catalogue does not list an editable copy of it, so none is offered here rather than promising a file nobody has opened. Page counts are not printed either, because we do not publish them and a guessed number is worse than none.
