Something spooky is hiding in the grid! In these five Halloween mystery pictures for EYFS, children colour each square using a simple colour key to reveal a pumpkin, a ghost, a black cat, a witch's hat and a spider. The grids are small (6 × 6) with big squares for little hands. Three pictures have dot patterns like a dice for children to count, and two have big numbers from 1 to 5 to match. The key shows each colour next to its dots or number, so there is no reading at all. What's included: 5 mystery pictures: Pumpkin, ghost, black cat, witch hat and spider A teacher information page for each picture Coloured answer pages showing each finished picture Editable PowerPoint and ready-to-print PDF Skills covered: Counting to 4 and subitising dot patterns Recognising numerals to 5 Matching to a colour key Fine motor skills and colouring Ideal for a Halloween maths lesson, early finishers, a calm afternoon activity, a fluency starter or the last week before half term.
This pack is listed as editable, so the editable copy comes with it. We do not print page counts here, because our catalogue does not publish them and a guessed number is worse than none.
